The Rusty Nail – Chef Jimmy Burton pays homage to his roots as he cooks up his mother’s famous fried chicken. Burton’s mother, Dorothy “Dot” Burton, was a Cape May icon famous for her comfort food. Guests can enjoy half of a southern fried chicken (from Beach Plum Farm) on Mother’s Day, with a side of mac and cheese, collard greens and corn bread for $19.95. Kids can also decorate personalized sugar cookies for mom at the cookie decorating station located next to the Tea Cup ride. Morey’s Piers / Joe’s Fish Co. on Surfside Pier is serving up a new Mother’s Day brunch from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Sunday, May 8. Menu highlights include crab benedict, avocado toast, spinach and fontina quiche, shrimp and grits, as well as Bloody Marys and Mimosas to toast to mom.
North End American Grill in North Wildwood is serving up brunch from 10 am -2 pm and dinner starting at 4.
