    Lower Township – Commercial fishermen here caught $58.8 million worth of seafood in 2007, a huge jump from the $37.6 million brought ashore in 2006.

    Due to salt water contamination, the lilies had disappeared for decades. A dredging of the lake a couple of years ago and a replenishment of fresh water has brought the flower back to its namesake lake.
