As the lighthouse comes into view from the Cape May ferry, you realize that you are almost home again. If you’ve got the stamina to make it to the top, it’s definitely worth the climb. Long may she light the Emerald City of Cape May.

This is one of the greatest shots I’ve seen of the lighthouse! I’ve climbed it many times, and it is definitely worth it! See you in 9 days!!!! It’s too hot down here in Florida!

I was there for the storm on july 28th, will be back again in last week of August cape amy just may be the most beautiful place on earth! It does feel like coming home.. I consider it my home. Even though i was only a “local” when i was a baby and my father was in the coast guard.

those steps in that lighthouse was worth the walk up for anyone who loves Cape May knows what we are takling about. Perfect picture.
