Can I assume that these people are at 2ND st waiting for the sunset?
They're down at the Cove during mid-day. Yesterday was a very humid and cloudy day here…but still a great place to be.

Bob is correct. This is evening (around 7PM)But TKElley is right too – they're at the cove and the Whale Watchers were circling around a large pod of dolphins at the time.
This is the most beautiful picure of all! That is my little blonde, curly haired niece! Love you Teenie!
I must admit that I've enjoyed a dolphin watch myself, but looking at this photo, and remembering what I saw when I was down there for two weeks in August, sometimes I wonder if this verges on dolphin harrassment! :(
