We’re about to bid farewell to another year! Here’s everything we know so far about Cape May restaurants that will be open on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. We’ll continue to update this post as information comes in.

Elaine’s
Elaine’s will be open New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with live music outside both days. They’re also offering a live stand-up comedy gala on New Year’s Eve. For reservations, call 609-884-1199.
Exit Zero Filling Station
Exit Zero Filling Station will be open from noon to 9pm on New Year’s Eve for their standard fare of burgers, curries, and cocktails. They’ll have live music from Tim Joyce and Tom Naglee indoors, with outdoor seating available. For extra privacy, reserve a dining trailer or ski lodge (just beware they have a late cancellation fee of $10 per person).

The Mad Batter
If vegan or gluten-free options are on your must-have list, check out the Mad Batter’s New Year’s Eve menu. It features six gluten-free and two vegan entree options on its four-course, $75 prix fixe holiday menu. Gluten and meat eaters, they have items for you as well, so this is a great choice for families with a range of diet preferences. Enjoy live music from 7pm until midnight. The Pier House
If you’re looking for an early reservation, the Pier House still has limited seating available between 5pm and 6:45pm on New Year’s Eve. And their bar area, which features a special menu, is still available all evening. For reservations and more information, call 609-898-2244.
Union Park
Ring in the new year at Union Park with a four-course, prix fixe menu featuring options like shellfish chowder, foie gras, wagyu filet mignon, and whiskey ganache. $145 per person. See the full menu on Union Park’s website. For reservations, please call 609-884-8811.
Washington Inn
The Washington Inn will close out the season with their final seatings of the year: Monday, December 27th through Saturday, January 1st. Reserve a table for up to four people on their website, or call 609-884-5697 ext. 1 for larger groups.
