The semi annual Washington Street Mall Sidewalk Sale is underway. It began at 9 a.m. Thursday and runs through Sunday, Sept. 16. Sidewalk sale hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. A spring Sidewalk Sale takes place in May – the weekend before Memorial Day.
