Ingredients

boiling water

bulghur wheat

lemon juice and zest of 2 lemons

cinnamon

salt

olive oil

chopped tomatoes

onions finely chopped
2
bunches chopped parsley
1
bunch chopped mint
Instructions
Add wheat to water. Steep, off heat, for 20 minutes. Scrape steeped bulgur wheat into bowl. Mix with remaining ingredients. Adjust seasoning. Chill. Served cold.
