Beer Mop

molasses

cider vinegar
Instructions
In a container large enough to hold your brisket, combine all brisket marinade ingredients.
Place the brisket in the container and marinate it 24 hours.
The next day, bake covered in 250-degree oven for 5 or 6 hours on low grill. Baste frequently with beer mop.
