Ingredients

large chicken
split

oranges
juiced and zested

lavender

cup
orange juice

cup
chopped parsley
¼
cup
olive oil

cloves
minced garlic
¼
cup
dark sweet soy
2
bunches scallions minced

tsp
cracked black pepper
Salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Marinate overnight.
The next day, remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving it for basting.
Cook the chicken on a medium grill 35-40 minutes until done. Baste frequently with marinade.
