red curry

Stalk lemon grass

ginger

Thai sweet chili sauce

Teaspoon
minced garlic

Scallions
chopped

Tablespoons
cilantro

Large piece foil
1
Lime
juiced
Instructions
Clean bass.
Mix all ingredients but the fish in a bowl.
Place the bass on oiled foil. Pour over sauce/marinade. Wrap fish tightly in foil.
Grill 15-20 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
