Ingredients

white sugar

vanilla

milk

half-n-half

flaked coconut
toasted
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except coconut, in bowl. Whisk well.
Place coconut in pie shell. Pour custard over.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Let cool. Serve.
