Ingredients

chickpeas drained

onion
diced

cloves
garlic
chopped

tablespoon
chopped parsley

teaspoons
coriander

teaspoons
cumin
Salt to taste

tablespoons
flour
Instructions
Simmer chickpeas in fresh water for 1 hour. Drain. Cool fifteen minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mash until thick paste. Form into balls. Fry in 350 degree oil for 5-7 minutes.
