shallots

sherry vinegar

olive oil

honey

fresh tarragon

teaspoon
Dijon mustard
Spinach salad
Instructions
In a stainless steel bowl, add shallots, vinegar, honey, mustard and tarragon.
Whisk well.
Add oil slowly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with spinach salad.
