Striped bass

Cup
coconut milk

red curry

Stalk lemon grass split

ginger

Tablespoons
Thai sweet chili sauce

Teaspoon
minced garlic

Scallions chopped

Tablespoons
cilantro

Large piece foil
1
Lime juiced
1
Mango peeled and diced
1
Stalk lemongrass split
Instructions
Clean bass.
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Place bass on oiled foil. Pour over sauce/marinade.
Wrap fish tightly in foil. Grill 15-20 minutes.
Open. Serve with steamed rice.
