Ocho Tequila & The Cricket Club are putting together one amazing dinner party. 4 courses paired with 4 Ocho tequila cocktails = a great time!
4 course dinner menu with accompanying tequila tastings and cocktails using Tequila Ocho.
(we will be serving tastings of their Plata, Reposado, Anejo, & Extra Anejo. With cocktails featuring the first three) Representative from Tequila Ocho to explain the tequilas, as well as. Chef Jon explains the food each course.

- Lobster Tamale, Roasted Poblano cream & Street Corn
- Roasted corn, Nopales (cactus) salad, Jicama Baby Greens with Chipotle agace Vinaigrette
- Short Rib Mole, Warm Posole salad and Chayote Ratatouille
- Margarita Panna Cotta, Lime Tequila coconut milk panna cotta, salt rimmed glass, and candied lime prickly pear sorbet
