Child-Friendly Historic Accommodations
First, let us tell you a little something about "Inn" protocol. Please keep in mind that B&Bs and many Guest Houses were designed for romantic stays for two adults and are generally furnished with authentic Victorian furniture, knick-knacks, collectibles and objects d'art. In other words, they are not child-proofed. Worse, they may be filled with items that can be easily broken. In addition, although your child may be well-mannered, your fellow guests may have been expecting a child-free weekend.
The following Cape May B&Bs and Guest Houses are kid-friendly, though some have age restrictions. Also check out hotels and motels and campgrounds for more family-friendly options.
