A son creates a list of things worth living for – all in an attempt to raise the spirits of his chronically depressed mother. He leaves the list on her pillow. He knows she’s read it because she’s corrected his spelling. Every brilliant thing is a hope-infused exploration of all the joys that can be found in life and a reminder that eventually, every storm runs out of rain. Beautiful. Heart-wrenching. And very funny.
