Course 1 smoked salmon rolls
Smoked salmon rolled with cucumber chives and cream cheese topped with crispy capers
Course 2- Manhattan clam chowder
Course 3-Honey Roast lamb
Roasted lamb loin with truffle parsnip potatoes and broccoli rabe topped with a rosemary jus
Course 4- Rose Poached Berries and Grilled Peach Pavlova:
A crisp yet chewy marshmallow meringue dessert topped with Rose poached strawberries and
raspberries, vanilla Chantilly cream, and grilled peaches.
