Queen Maysea LXXVIII (that’s 78 for those of you who don’t speak Roman numerals), Julia Marie Hinker, passed her crown along to this year’s queen, Kamryn Brooke Spicer, in a ceremony held at Cape May Elementary on August 3rd at 7:00 p.m.
A special crowning ceremony was also held for Miss Jerry, who presided over the Queen Maysea pageant for many years, never having been crowned queen herself.
