New and Relocated Shops

With the final days of summer behind us, there are two new and exciting things we wanted to fill you in on.

The first is that in Washington Commons, we are welcoming a new retail location called Modern Daisy which has taken the place of Cape May Gourmet. Modern Daisy’s official grand opening took place October 27th.

The store offers wonderful merchandise like locally made Surf’s Up soy candles and a high-end handmade jewelry collection called French Kande. There is quite an incredible story behind the French Kande line, and it all started with traveling through Paris for inspiration. To read all about it, as well as the backstory on Surf’s Up candles, head over to Modern Daisy’s website.

The second change we have to report is that Los Amigos Grocery & Convenience store has relocated from Washington Sreet to Lafayette Street next to Village Bicycle Shop. The new space is much bigger than their previous location, so be sure to check it out! With their continuing great staff and authentic foods and snacks, Los Amigos is sure to thrive at this new Lafayette Street location.
